I know how daunting therapy can feel, especially when you’ve spent years carrying the belief that you’re “not good enough” or that something is broken inside you. These are not truths — they are scars left by past experiences.
My role is to listen deeply, without judgment, and to help you gently untangle the roots of your pain so you can begin to rebuild your sense of worth.
I am a BABCP Accredited Cognitive Behavioural Therapist and Accredited EMDR Therapist. Trained also in Schema Therapy and Compassion-Focused Therapy.

Alongside my therapeutic practice, I am also a published author. I have contributed chapters to professional books exploring diversity, harmful sexual behaviours and effective strength based approaches to therapy with young people, including:
